the girl is clearly not a true albino (i dont dispute she may have a very ressesive form of this genetic pigmentation mutation) but the girl has blonde hair and blue eyes, a true albino has white hair and red eyes.

on pc you can use free studio software, like it says its free.

use video to dvd to convert mp4 to dvd

then free video burner to burn to disc.
